What do you think is the most important habit in life?
- To be positive
- To make money
- To dream (to set goals)
- To make your dreams come true (or achieve goals)
- To be happy
- To plan
- To play sports
- To meditate
- To create your mood or condition
None of the above!
I think that the most important habit in life is the ability to direct your energy in the right direction (to focus).
The universe has endowed man with great potential and spectacular energy!
But man has never learned to direct this energy!
Man creates problems himself,
Man himself creates poverty and misery,
Man creates debts himself
Man himself creates problems in relationships
And a sea of ​​all kinds of failures in life.
And all because he manages his energy unconsciously.
And imagine if a person learns to control his spectacular power! He would easily make money, be healthy and have everything he wants.
And the opposite happens.
Of course, man does not want to create poverty and misery, but out of ignorance he does. The universe has given man ingenious reason, but no one has explained to him how to use this ingenious tool. Rather, on the contrary, in childhood man was taught to use it against himself.
Thoughts create reality. And everyone knows it.
But they do not realize that the direction of the thoughts is not important, the object to which the thoughts are directed is important. For example: it doesn't matter that you want to get rid of debts, the important thing is that you think about debts, and therefore you create debts.
If you think:
- How not to be late - you will be late.
- How to get rid of debts - you will sink into debt
- How not to repeat the past relationship - you will repeat them
- How not to be wrong - you will be wrong
- How to solve the problem - you will create a problem
99.9% of people think the way described above!
That is why reality is created in exactly the opposite way.
People rarely say they want happiness, they say they want to get rid of problems.
Others are so frustrated with their desires that they don't want anything at all now.
That's why I think it's a skill to concentrate on the most important habit in life.
Learn to think about what you really want, not what you want to get rid of.
Thinking in a certain way is a habit! You have become accustomed to thinking about problems. Now let's make a habit of thinking about desires.
"What about the problems?" the reader will ask.
Leave them alone! If you don't touch them, they will decide for themselves or disappear.
I understand that problems create a certain negative energy, and it seems to suck you into this funnel. And this is where real strength is required in order to be able to consciously direct your attention where you want.
And for that you have to train!
How to train your mind?
You've probably heard a million times about visualizations and affirmations.
Visualization is the mental representation of desired things or events (for example, imagine your new car and yourself behind the wheel)
Affirmation is a statement that you say in your mind or mind.
These are the basic and simplest tools for training the mind.
The thoughts are very chaotic. One thinks now of one, now of another, now of a third ... or a tenth. The feeling is that thoughts live for themselves and apart from you.
It takes some effort to focus your thoughts on one thing.
But the most difficult task for our mind is not to think at all, ie. to get rid of all thoughts.
It is in this state that masterpieces are created (and this is how I write my articles and books).
When you learn not to think and to stop the flow of thoughts at any moment, then you will become a master of focusing. Then you will easily be able to direct your mind to one thing.
What exercises can you do for this?
- Close your eyes and count the inhales and exhales (if you are confused, start over)
- Turn on the timer and watch how the seconds "run"
- Follow the second hand
- Draw a point on a sheet and look at this current
Do this for 5-10 minutes.
The state of "not thinking" comes when you focus heavily on one thing for a while.
The main thing is to start and you will see how day by day you will better control your focus.
Often ask yourself, "What am I creating at the moment?"
This will help you see the result.
