People can create reality in their lives. But then why is there so much negativity in the lives of some of them?
The problem is that people often don't know what they want.
They clearly know what they don't want.
"I don't want to feel this pain"
"I don't want to get up so early"
"I do not want to be surrounded by such people" And so on.
There is no negative or positive for the universe
There is no good or evil for the universe
Just as there are no good events and no bad ones.
There is no heaven and no hell.
There is only what you believe in!
There are 2 opposites of the same thing.
Each coin has 2 sides.
Neither side is positive or negative. They just have them.
Without one side it would not exist without the other side!
It's just that people have put labels on all the events. This is bad, and this is good. This is good, and this is evil.
If you do evil things, you will go to hell, if you do good deeds, you will go to heaven. And you believe in it, thus creating this reality for yourself.
Here, you are the creator of your life! You can create the reality in your life yourself.
No one else affects your life. You just create it.
Whatever you focus on, that's what you create!
If you focus on the pain - you create even more pain and suffering in your life.
If you focus on joy - you create even more events for joy.
What can you do to create the life you want?
- Stop dividing events into good and bad. This will free you from focusing on what you don't want. Whatever happens, you don't know if it's "good" or "bad."
An Eastern parable
The only horse escaped one man.
Neighbors began to feel sorry for him: "What a misfortune, the horse ran away!"
And the man replied, "I don't know if it's good or bad."
The next day the horse returned and brought with him 7 more wild horses.
Neighbors began to greet him: «What joy! The horse came back and brought more horses! »
And the man replied, "I don't know if it's good or bad."
The man's son decided to saddle one of the new horses the next day, the horse threw him and the son broke his leg.
Neighbors began to feel sorry for him again: "What a misfortune!"

- Clearly define what feelings you want to feel in life
For example, feelings of love, happiness, joy, abundance, harmony, peace, freedom. Set them according to their priorities. For example, what I want most is to feel the feeling of love. Secondly, I want to feel the feeling of happiness, thirdly - the feeling of abundance, and so on.
- Focus on the chosen feelings
I call this exercise "feeling the feelings."
Sit in a position (for example, the lotus position or the half-lotus position). It is desirable that this position be different from the usual position.
Detect 10-15 minutes.
And during this time, fully focus on the chosen feeling. Experience it. Feel it and try to strengthen it. Try to achieve more and more clarity in your feelings.
Do this exercise 1-2 times a day.
And you will notice how this feeling enters your life more and more. You will just be filled with that feeling. And your reality will begin to correspond to it. Events will happen that will support your new feeling.
Every feeling tries to fill you completely.
Imagine that your body, including your mind, is an empty vessel. And the feeling is liquid.
When you open your mind to a feeling, it immediately fills the whole body.
